An Evening with Kate Adie. In conversation with University of Dundee Deputy Principal, Professor Sue Black.
Kate Adie became the BBC`s chief news correspondent in 1989.She is considered to be among the very finest reporters, as well as one of the first British women, sending despatches from danger zones around the world. She is presenter of Radio 4âs From Our Own Correspondent and has won numerous awards, including an OBE in 1993. Kate is the author of four bestselling books, which will be available in the booksigning after the event.
The Dundee Christmas lecture takes place in partnership with Dundee City Council.
