Café Scientifique events aim to provide a forum for the debate of scientific ideas.
The resistance of some strains of bacteria to antimicrobials is well documented, but is enough being done to develop new drugs without these issues? Is there anything preventing us from making new antibiotics? What does our future look like if we can’t find new drugs?
This event is free to attend and open to all. No tickets are required. Doors open at 6.00pm and seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
