From Particles to Strings: Can we fulfil Einstein's Dream?

Einstein searched for a unified approach that would combine two of the great scientific discoveries of the 20th century, quantum mechanics and general relativity. We will explore how introducing the idea of strings as the basic building blocks of nature moves towards realising Einstein's dream. Suggested age range - 16+
