What do we owe to the global poor? David Hulme and Thomas Pogge will discuss questions of global poverty from the point of view of development studies and political philosophy.
David Hulme is a professor of development studies at the University of Manchester.
Thomas Pogge is Leitner Professor of Philosophy and International Affairs at Yale University.
