Has the word âGodâ got so much baggage we should abandon it? Would Christianity be any the worse if we did?
Gretta Vosper is the minister of West Hill United Church in Toronto and founder of the Canadian Center for Progressive Christianity. She writes of herself as both post-theist and atheist. Her approach to Christianity first gained expression in her book 'With or without God: Why the way we live is more important than what we believe'. In this talk she will argue for the side-lining of belief in God from its central role in church life.
