Democracy, decency and devolution

Dame Tessa Jowell will draw on her experiences at the heart of government to discuss the role of capacity building and social integration in cities.


Tessa Jowell (@jowellt) has been an MP since 1992. She has served in a variety of ministerial and shadow ministerial roles including as Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport from 2001-2007.
