Understanding and improving children's difficult behaviour

Shows how to create an environment in which children and their family can thrive and fulfil their potential.

For children to be able to flourish and behave well, they need to feel secure, be given and receive appropriate attention, be able to delay gratification, take increasing levels of responsibility for their own behaviour, be stretched, develop a sense of autonomy and, of course, have fun. This wide-reaching training day, which focuses mainly on pre-eleven year-old children, clarifies how this can be done and gives you practical tools for meeting these needs and managing and preventing challenging behaviour.
