Fifth in a series of practically illustrated lectures, tracing the background to Rudolf Laban's principles and practice.
Jooss and Wigman were two key dancer/choreographers directly influenced by Rudolf Laban. Dr Ana Sanchez-Colberg explores some of the complexities of the Wigman/Jooss methods of training the dancer, and demonstrates how they have been informed by Laban's Eukinetic and Choreutic principles.
