Hollywood Science

A fascinating lecture to celebrate the Oxfordshire Science Festival.

Join Jonathan Hare for a fascinating talk based on his popular BBC2 TV series ‘Hollywood Science’. How realistic is the science behind some of Hollywood’s classic movies and stunts? He looks at a number of Hollywood films in more detail to find the answer. Films include Speed, Shanghai Noon, Dante’s Peak, The Score and Die Hard.
