A400M Entry to RAF Service: Positive rate, gear-up

The introduction of the A400M to RAF Service will be the focus of this RAeS Flight Test Group lecture


This lecture will be delivered by Sqn Ldr Glen B Willcox, A400M Flight Test Commander for UK Test & Evaluation, RAF and Flt Lt Steve Whitnall, A400M UK Evaluator Pilot, RAF, will cover some of the challenges and issues that the Evaluation team was faced with when bringing the new aircraft into RAF Service, and how these have changed the Test and Evaluation Strategy.
