Book launch of Great Company by Mike Smith

In Great Company, Michael Smith tells stories of entrepreneurs, business leaders, bankers and other economic stakeholders who are transforming the communities and countries in which they operate, towards the common good. In Great Company, Michael Smith tells a wide range of stories of entrepreneurs, business leaders, bankers and other economic stakeholders who are transforming the communities and countries in which they operate, towards the common good. He draws on the annual conferences of Trust and Integrity in the Global Economy (TIGE), held each summer at the Initiatives of Change centre in Caux, Switzerland, as well as from other sources. Some of the people whose stories he tells will be present at this book launch. Come and meet them and hear about their stories. Mike says he has written the book in their honour. They demonstrate that motivations beyond acquisition and towards contribution are possible in a world that is still recovering from the crash of 2008 and recent market turbulences. This launch event is hosted by IofC UK’s business programme, in its series of TIGE Talks.
