An event that will look at the importance of relationships, particularly in business.
Every so often humankind discovers something that changes its understanding of reality and the way it responds to it. Think, for instance, of the fact that âgravitational wavesâ exist as a âthird forceâ, which has huge implications for our understanding of the universe.
For a long time success and happiness in human affairs were measured by financial parameters--income and profitâ”and, more recently, the environment. But what if relationships are the âcentre forceâ of the worldâs affairs? If that is true, what are the implications? Relational Thinking can be described as a âthird forceâ in the social universe. Dr Michael Schluter and Ms Marjon Busstra will explain the significance of this discovery, especially for companies and public sector organizations. They will explore, with the audience, how this changes our understanding of reality, and how this can change our response to the challenges our world is facing today.
