Inspired by an engraving made by Tibetan master Blo-bzang Don-yod in the 17th century, this talk will outline a path to awakening using the power of concentration.
The practice of concentration has always been an important part of both Eastern and Western philosophical traditions. It can lead us on a path of inner discovery and help us to be more effective in our daily lives.
