The next generation of computer-based devices has the capability to alter our lives in a significant way.


Communications and IT are all-pervasive and are starting to affect our lives in profound ways. Most of the changes are beneficial enabling us to remain connected to each other and to our services. We are all though under scrutiny as never before and this has major implications for public policy.
