Scotland’s Future Culture and The Wey Forrit

Join us and author Stuart McHardy as we celebrate the launch of his two new books published by Luath Press – ‘The Wey Forrit’ and ‘Scotland’s Future Culture’.

Join us and author Stuart McHardy as we celebrate the launch of his two new books published by Luath Press – ‘The Wey Forrit’ and ‘Scotland’s Future Culture’.
‘The Wey Forrit’ examines the current British political climate, including recent events such as the Scottish Independence and Brexit referendums.
‘Scotland’s Future Culture’ considers Scotland’s future within the context of its past, and asks us to re-examine what we thought we knew about Scotland.
After discussing his two books, Stuart McHardy will then lead a Q&A, followed by a book signing.
This event is free, but ticketed. Tickets are available in person from the desk on the Ground Floor at Blackwell's Bookshop, by phoning 0131 622 8222 or emailing events.edinburgh@blackwell.co.uk. Tickets can also be booked on Eventbrite.
