Using the River Thames as his starting point, architect Alex Lifschutz talks about his work, the city, and the history and life of structures.
When Monet and Whistler painted the Charing Cross railway bridge from the Savoy Hotel they could not have imagined the twin blue-lit footbridges by Lifschutz Davidson architects.
Recently short-listed for the competition to build a new structure for the Antarctic Research Station, Lifschutz Davidson have worked on many riverside structures including Londonâs Oxo Tower refurbishment, the Hungerford Bridge, and two new footbridges in Glasgow.
