Finding Your Story: Discover Your Voice in our Creative Writing Workshop

Join our special Writing and Wellbeing workshop that will help you 'Find your story' with Director of Write Retreat UK, Dr Nancy Stevenson.

We all have stories from 2020. The changes associated with the pandemic have presented us with new challenges. Uncertainty has created moments of grief, stress, anxiety and of joy as we have experienced new ways of being and doing.

In this 90-minute workshop we will explore some creative writing techniques to help you to find and tell your story.

We will use free flow writing exercises to reflect upon our feelings and experiences. There will be opportunities to share stories within a supportive small group environment.

Our workshops are led by members of The Circle who believe that when women come together, we create positive and lasting change.

About Dr Nancy Stevenson

Dr Nancy Stevenson is Director Write Retreat UK and runs retreats and workshops to help people develop their confidence and creativity in their writing. She has a background in academic writing and research and regularly publishes her work in the academic press. She is particularly interested in writing and wellbeing and has developed programmes for Universities, the NHS and the Peabody Trust.
