About this Event
Focus on staying mentally strong this year and join UWLâs expert psychologist, Dr Rowan Myron to learn how to develop the skills to stay resilient no matter what you face.
Leading a panel discussion about the importance of resilience on March 30, the session will explore the benefits of a resilient mindset, and share practical tips and advice for improving your own ability to stay strong when dealing with lifeâs challenges.
Dr Myron is an experienced researcher, writer and presenter with particular expertise in psychology and improvement science, often speaking in the media on mental wellness. She will be joined for the session by students and graduates who have all overcome their own challenges and can share their experiences to showcase how anyone can develop the skills needed for mental wellbeing, regardless of any background or natural ability.
