Scottish Season: Malcolm Fraser

Malcolm Fraser Architects are recognised for making simple, modern buildings that gain richness through a sense of place and of belonging. Complete buildings in Edinburgh include DanceBase, the Scottish Poetry Library, the Holyrood Park Education Centre, the Water of Leith Walkway and Visitor Cenre and numerous bars, restuarants and hotels.


Malcolm Fraser Architects are recognised for making simple, modern buildings that gain richness through a sense of place and of belonging. Complete buildings in Edinburgh include DanceBase, the Scottish Poetry Library, the Holyrood Park Education Centre, the Water of Leith Walkway and Visitor Cenre and numerous bars, restuarants and hotels. Projects to come include the Scottish Storytelling Centre (incorporating John Knox House and now onsite), the remodelling of HBO's Bank Headquaters on the Mound, and many residential projects for clients that include several volume housebuilders.
