will look at the world of celebrities, cartoons and caricatures, how they are valued, what happens when someone uses their name or image without permission and how money is made out of an intangible asset.
As part of the London Design Festival Own It, Creative Londonâs Intellectual Property Advice Service, and the British Library, are holding a panel discussion featuring a range of experts who will be exploring celebrity branding from different perspectives.

Nicola has many years of experience advising on all aspects of intellectual property including contracts, copyright, gallery agreements, agencies, etc. She also advises the Association of Illustrators and the British Association of Picture Libraries and Agencies, as well as and numerous photographers, fashion designers and retailers.
