‘Does London need the Thames Gateway?’: RIBA/Evening Standard Architecture Week Debate 2005

George Ferguson, RIBA President will be chairing this lively debate on the Thames Gateway.


Panelists include Vicky Richardson, Editor of Blueprint and Kim Wilkie from Kim Wilkie Associates.
Each participant will be looking at the Thames Gateway within the context of what makes a successful city and will address some of the key issues, such as, density, urbanism, landscape, design practice. ‘Does London need the Thames Gateway’ will provide the audience with stimulating and thought-provoking discussion and enable the public to engage with leading voices in the fields of architecture and urbanism.
