On efforts to attract and retain more women in science.
Efforts have been ongoing for some time to attract and retain more women in Science, less so to increase the participation of men and women from ethnic minority backgrounds. In particular we want to consider:
Concerned that science may be missing out on the talents of an important part of the UK population, the Royal Society is keen to convert debate into action.
