Best known and loved as one of the âTwo Fat Ladiesâ, Clarissa Dickson Wright has been hailed as the âWorldâs leading authority on cookery booksâ. She also runs a catering business and is Lord Rector of Aberdeen University.
A cook on land and sea; rearer and plucker of pheasants and caterer for the Duke of Hamilton, Clarissa is a woman with passionate views.
