Coronavirus situation update

Our lecture organisers may or may not have had time to update their events with cancellation notices. Clearly social gatherings are to be avoided and that includes lectures. STAY AT HOME FOLKS, PLEASE.

Making Sure You’re Covered – The Photographer’s Guide to Licensing, Contracts, Terms and Conditions

How do you sell the rights to your images?

*How do you sell the rights to your images?
*Should it be for a fixed period of time, or for a specific use or as a renewable option?
*How do you ensure you don’t get sued for your licensee’s wrongful use of your images?
*What documentation needs to be in place and what should be included in the terms and conditions?

This event will provide a legal overview of licensing, the practical aspects and applications and how it works in reality. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
