Many people suffer from the ‘winter blues’ although for some the onset of winter can be a disabling time with SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). Now, the Dana Centre has come up with a novel way to help people beat the blues with the creation of the Dana ‘Light Lounge’. Visitors to the Centre can relax with a drink and a bite to eat then chill out with 20 minutes of free light treatment.
