SAD: Lighten up your life

Depression during the winter months is thought to affect over half a million people in the UK. From mild feelings to severe depression, more and more people are turning to light therapy as the answer. However, new research conducted in the United States suggests that other methods of treatment may be more effective. Audiences will find out about SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), how light can lift depression and what other treatments are available. In partnership with the Times Body&Soul.
