The government and media are obsessed with the vulnerability of the female body. Are these new cautionary tales for women another form of discrimination or simply sensible advice?


From photos of young women drunk after a night on the town, to a recent survey suggesting that 30 per cent of people hold a woman responsible for being raped if she is under the influence of alcohol, the government and media are obsessed with the vulnerability of the female body.
