The RSA is delighted to welcome Professor John Strang, Director National Addiction Centre, to deliver a lecture which will open up the issue of drug-related harm and set it in the broader context of individual and social responsibility.

Chaired by Anthony King, Professor of Government, Essex University and Chairman, RSA Commission on Illegal Drugs, Communities and Public Policy
