Media Art Soap Box

An exploration of how new media technologies define our work, play and relationships, through artists’ investigations into the impact of new media as they imagine new approaches and uses. Visitors will get involved in an evening of show and tell, performance, participation and discussion with up-and-coming London-based artists, designers and critics. Presentations will include an artist who merges product design and genetic engineering, an AV presentation of the regeneration process of the Deptford area and a project to adapt children's classic stories to suit “geek” children. This event is part of NODE.London - a month-long season of media art projects across different arts, science and entertainment venues across London.
