Law lecture
Much has been written about devolution and the problems of Scotland and Wales. Yet, London contains a larger population that either Scotland or Wales, and it is a great international capital, a world city. In 1999, following a referendum, new arrangements were put in place and a London-wide authority was restored together with a directly elected mayor. Yet, already, there is talk of further reform. How, then, should London be governed?
