Neuro-pharmacological research is creating a new generation of drugs, sourced from aromatic and even toxic herbs. Botanic medicines: Snail water, Venetian Treacle, willow bark and wormwood. In conjunction with SPECIMEN - an art exhibition by artist Karen Ingham - discover the pharmaceutical wonders of the 300 year old apothecary’s Herb Garret of Old St Thomas’ Hospital.
