Dr Stephen Morton: Borders: Critical Spaces and Migration

An exhibition related event. Dr Stephen Morton will discuss borders as critical spaces in art and critical theory.


Rik Pinkcombe's current exhibition of photography at ArtSway: BorderLine is an exploration of American borders with Mexico and Canada. In light of this, Dr Stephen Morton from the University of Southampton, will discuss artists who have used borders in their work, as well as speak about his current research into terror and migration in the context of border politics.
