Feeding People is Easy

Evening lecture and book Launch for 'Feeding People is Easy' by Colin Tudge.

It would be possible to feed everyone who is ever likely to be born on to this Earth to the highest standards of nutrition and gastronomy - forever. We just need to design farming expressly for the purpose of feeding people - and to look after the environment and to create ageeable societies for people to live in. Such well-planned agriculture would produce plenty of plants, not much meat and huge variety - just what we need for sound nutrition and the greatest cooking. Colin Tudge will explore this topic.
