Ornithology of the Orkney Islands

Join us as we speak with bird researchers working in the field on the Orkney Islands and discuss the science behind migration.

Researchers on the Orkney Islands are monitoring the amazing number of birds that migrate through the area every spring. Darwin Centre Live will be contacting museum science journalist Matt Kaplan by live video link to follow him while he interviews the island's ornithologists as they capture and study birds in the field.
