Ed Burton reflects on his experience of creating the BAFTA award winning virtual construction toy Sodaconstructor.
He presents it in the context of an emerging body of Software Artwork enquiring into play and creativity as Dynamical Systems.
After three years of research and teaching at the Centre for Electronic Arts, Ed enjoyed an eventful decade as Soda Creative Ltdâs (soda.co.uk) Research and Development Director and was the original author of the BAFTA award winning virtual construction toy Sodaconstructor. He is now developing his independent career as a Software Artist.
