Asia Research Centre lecture
Noppadon Pattama is Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand. He took up his position in February 2008. Mr Pattama has previously served as Vice Minister at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and before that was a member of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, House of Representatives. He was educated at Thammasat University, Oxford University and the University of London. During his time studying in the UK he served as President of the Thai Studentsâ Association.
