Doing business in Brazil can be a daunting prospect for London creative companies where business practices and the legal system are very different to the UK. But what are the rewards and opportunities for creative professionals in this rich and culturally diverse country? And how might you protect your Intellectual Property Rights in this emerging market?
Own-it, in conjunction with UK Trade & Investment and the Creative Industries Observatory, are organising a seminar to give creative businesses interested in the Brazilian market an overview of current trends and opportunities within the creative industries.
We have invited a legal expert to give an introduction to Intellectual Property Rights in Brazil. This is followed by a panel discussion with Minister Ruy Pacheco de Azevedo Amaral , Minister Counsellor for Administration, Culture and Press of the Embassy of Brazil in London, chaired by UK Trade & Investment.
