Tayo Healing from the roots takes a totally fresh approach.
As a healing program, it is both physical and emotional and requires commitment and dedication. But unlike other healing programs, Tayo Healing from the roots doesn't force you to adopt any kind of strict step-by-step routines.
Most importantly Tayo Healing from the roots empowers you and puts you in charge of your own life.
As you move forward the question will no longer be what designer shoes should I wear? But rather, what footprints will I leave behind in my life and the lives of those around me?
There are three key parts to Tayo's healing program - thought, action and outcome. Each part is no more or less important than the others.
The aim of Tayo Healing is to raise the profile of the 'self'. So that we take responsibility for ourselves and our well-being.
Tayo Healing uses both alternative and complementary therapies, and provides information about the spiritual nature of life.
