Leading climate change expert Dr Rajendra Pachauri to give unique lecture challenging our reliance on industrial animal farming systems and western diets.
This is a unique opportunity to hear one of the worldâs most respected climate change experts give a ground-breaking lecture challenging our reliance on industrial animal farming systems and western diets. Dr Pachauri will also present his own vision for a healthier, greener and more compassionate world.
After the lecture an expert panel will join Dr Pachauri in taking questions from the floor. The Panel includes Professor Robert Watson, Chief Scientific Advisor to Defra; Dr John Powles, Senior Lecturer in Public Health Medicine at the University of Cambridge Institute of Public Health; Felicity Lawrence, award-winning journalist and author with special interest in the food industry; Joyce D'Silva, farm animal welfare expert, Compassion in World Farming.
