Marlene Sidaway, Secretary of The International Brigade Memorial Trust (opens in a new window) will give a talk on the 'International Brigade'. This is the 70th year commemoration of the withdrawal of the International Brigade from Barcelona and the defeat of the legitimate Spanish Republican Government and the temporary victory of fascism.
