Artist’s talk: Simon Patterson

Simon Patterson, the artist who created ‘The Great Bear’ talks about his life and work


The artist who created The Great Bear - in which he replaced the names of stations on the London Underground map with names of film stars, explorers, philosophers, saints and celebrities - talks about his life and work. He will also explore the use of the written word and symbols in communicating information and meaning.
