Public Lecture, Oliver Tickell: A Global Solution for the Climate Change Crisis?

In his new book, Kyoto 2, published in July 2008, Tickell sets forth an alternative to the Kyoto Protocol and provides a compelling potential solution to the global climate change crisis.

Global Problems Need Global Solutions, argues journalist and acclaimed climate change expert, Oliver Tickell. The Kyoto Protocol, which came into force in February 2005, has failed in its aim to reduce greenhouse gases.

In his new book, Kyoto 2, published in July 2008, Tickell sets forth an alternative for delivering the urgent carbon reductions that are needed, providing a compelling potential solution to the global climate change crisis.

Lecture to be followed by a question and answers, and book signing.
