Amy Corzine presents her exciting book The Secret Life of the Universe: The Quest for the Soul of Science and explores the invisible force that links human beings together and moves the universe. In this talk Amy demonstrates how opinions either side of the science-faith divide are converging. Without doubt, there is a universal energy.
Author Amy Corzine presents her exciting book that explores the theory of an
invisible force that links human beings together and moves the universe.
Drawing on some of the issues that have preoccupied philosophers since
ancient times and still engage physicists today, The Secret Life of the
Universe: The Quest for the Soul of Science tackles these fascinating
questions from the perspective of the ordinary person. In this talk Amy
Corzine will consider the connections between seemingly disparate areas such as science, the natural world and consciousness, and suggest how we may begin to counteract the problems we have created through living in
disharmony with nature. We are all forces within nature so how can we
become more harmonious in what Corzine calls a musical universe? Subjects
explored will range from the nature of reality to mind science or
meditation, from Florence Nightingale's vision of a good hospital to
eco-houses, from intriguing new healing methods arising from world
traditional medical systems to the impact of technology upon us.
Amy Corzine's book is essential reading for anyone who has ever wondered if
there was a healthier and happier way to live.
