LSE International Humanitarian Law Project Lecture
Professor Sassoli will explore the relationship between International Humanitarian and Human Rights Law during non-international armed conflict, by applying the lex specialis principle.
Marco Sassòli is professor of international law at the University of Geneva and associate professor at the Universities of Quebec and Laval.
