Montague Burton Chair Inaugural Lecture
China has moved closer to international society on regional and global levels. The tide of history will probably favour Chinaâs peaceful rise, but the country will need to act to ensure this happens.
Barry Buzan is Montague Burton Professor of International Relations at LSE and honorary professor at Copenhagen and Jilin Universities.
