Authors Giles Foden and Tom Perrotta discuss our new era of TV storytelling.
While literary writers struggle to find readers, recent series have the depth and sophistication of great novels. Foden wrote the novel The Last King of Scotland, made into a film in 2006; Perrotta is author of The Abstinence Teacher, as well as Little Children and Election, both also made into films.
