Whether running a gallery, organising an exhibition or sitting down to create a masterpiece, if you are involved in the visual arts it is crucial that you know what IP is and how it affects you. It is easy to forget about IP issues. Yet, ignoring itcould seriously harm your business and endanger all the time and effort you have put into your art.
Own-it has invited a gallery owner and an IP lawyer to help guide you through copyright and other relevant IP rights, to provide you with the tools to protect yourself and to give you some insider knowledge!
