Hear from a Museum scientist about the wonders of parasitoid wasps.
What lengths do wasp parents go to in order to feed their young? In the case of thousands of species of parasitoid wasp, they lay their eggs inside the body of another living insect. When the wasp larvae hatch, they feed on the insides of the host insect. Food doesn't get much fresher than that...
Come along to hear from a Museum scientist about the wonders of parasitoid wasps and how you could spot some in your garden.
