Please join us for a special 2 hour workshop dedicated on finding peace within a series of practices!
During this special day, we will be focusing upon achieving a profound silence of the mind, free from all thoughts, and basking in the blissful peace that comes after using a variety of meditative techniques…
During the workshop we will have the opportunity to try several spiritual techniques that can really bring us in tune with the spiritual part within and offer us inner peace and silence, clarity and a focused mind…
Some of the techniques we will be exploring are a special mantra and several meditative practices, including breathing meditation, and practices to ground ourselves into serene inner silence…
The workshop will be on Saturday March 27th at 2:00-4:00 pm, at the Gnostic Centre-London.
As usual, there will be refreshments available in our café area before and after the workshop.
The event is free of charge and you are all welcome!
