Full Globalisation as a Positive-Sum Game

Ralph Miliband Series on the Future of Global Capitalism


Drawing lessons from history, this lecture will argue that the potential of information technologies, the challenges of the environment and the scope for re-specialisation in the globalised economy could bring about a sustainable global 'golden age'.

Carlota Perez is research associate in CFAP/CERF at the University of Cambridge and professor of technology and development at Tallinn University of Technology.
